“If I Had Known Then What I Know Now…”

I cannot tell you how many endodontists have said to me “Roger, I wish I had listened to you 20 years ago.” Most endodontists realize systems are the key to practice success, yet too many doctors try to get away with making a tweak here and adding a pearl there.

The problem is, as the years go by, those tweaks and pearls eventually turn into bottlenecks. Inefficient systems mean higher stress, lower productivity and declining production. That’s no way to practice!

Updating your systems does take time and work, but the payoff is well worth it. Why handcuff yourself and your team with outdated systems that sap your energy… increase everyone’s frustration …and just make practicing endodontics way more challenging than it has to be?

Remember, it’s your practice. You’ve got the power to change it!
